Turkish Delight Nougat Ice-Cream

*Makes approximately 2l of ice-cream


  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • 125ml sugar
  • 250ml non-dairy cream (Orley Whip)
  • 100g Ooh la la Turkish Delight Nougat Bar 


  1. Freeze the bar of nougat so that you can smash it into little pieces using a mallet
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff
  3. Add 60ml of sugar to the egg whites and beat again
  4. Add the egg yolks and beat until combined. Add the remaining sugar and beat agai
  5. Beat the Orley Whip and fold it into the egg mixture
  6. Stir in the nougat pieces and pour the mixture into a freezer safe dish and freeze

*Note: this recipe can’t be doubled. You have to make the recipe twice, and then combine both quantities and then freeze
