Our Liquorice Caramels, inspired by Karen’s travels to Brittany, France, combine rich, wondrous flavours with a perfected texture for a gourmet caramel experience. Ooh La La sources fleur de sel (hand-harvested sea salt) and combines it with liquorice root, farm-fresh butter, Madagascan vanilla beans (each minuscule bean is scraped from the pod) and raw, local, South African honey.
Cream, sugar, glucose (non-high fructose, corn derived), butter, local orange blossom honey, activated charcoal, liquorice root, fleur de sel.
Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, cow’s milk, soy and eggs.
